A man who killed eight people in Ireland’s worst car crash will be sentenced again before Christmas after prison sentence was ruled too lenient.

None of Shaun Kelly’s seven passengers were wearing their seatbelts when he drove at speed following a World Cup match in 2010.

He smashed into Hugh Friel’s car killing his friends and Mr Friel on a road between Clonmany and Buncrana.
