Could bacon really be made any better?

Apparently it could if you used a laser to cook it like Japanese professor Kentaro Fukuchi did.

We’re not sure about the taste but it’s definitely more exciting than frying the meat or putting it in a microwave.

The academic used an industrial laser to cook only the fat and left the rest raw, in an episode of Munchies Food Hacking.

Mmm, we think we prefer it the classic way but to each their own.
