Judiciary Games: Cross River Ready For Tournament


NasarawaNo fewer than nineteen states and eleven Federal Court have arrived Calabar the Cross River State for the 2017 Judiciary Games tagged “Justice Walter Onoghen Games”

More states are expected to arrive by today (Wednesday) ahead of the official Flagoff slated for August 24 by the Chief Justice of Nigeria.

Cross River State Commissioner for Youth and Sports Development, Asu Okang briefing journalists in Calabar assures the sporting guests of adequate security and a conducive environment to ensure that the tournament is successful.

The annual sporting tournament will feature track and field events, indoor games as well as football.

It is expected that over 1,000 athletes from across the country with about 200 officials will witness the event.
